Shen Guangwei was born in 1950 in Weifang , Shandong . Now he is a professor and tutor of postgraduates in Art Department of Shandong Art College, a trustee of Shandong Artists Association, and a member of China Artists Association. His works have been selected to many large national arts exhibitions, such as Contemporary China Arts Exhibition , the 8 th National Arts Exhibition , National Arts Exhibition for Celebrating the 70 th Anniversary of Army Birth Day , the 1 st National Exhibition of Flowers and Birds Painting , 1999 Chinese Painting Arts Exhibition in Sidney and China Century Light (China Nominees Exhibition) . Some of his works have been collected by the general office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the general office of the NPC Standing Committee, Zhong Nan Hai of Great Hall of the People in Beijing , Museum of Chinese Revolution and Military, and Academy of Chinese Painting . Special introduction has been given in People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Beijing Weekly, New Evening Paper of Hong Kong , China Report, Chinese Nationalities View, Arts, Traditional Chinese Painting Artists, and Chinese Calligraphy and Arts. He has published Shen Guangwei Works Collection and Famous Artists' Notes on Painting Plum Blossoms.
